All camp parking is in the back (North lot) of the church. Please enter through the Northeast doors (door #12).

Once inside, make your way to one of the check-in kiosks in the church lobby to check-in your child and receive a printed nametag.

Check-in at a kiosk to print name tag

When you enter the building, make your way to the church lobby and find one of the check-in computer kiosks. You'll enter your phone number and follow the prompts on the screen to check-in your child. (This is most likely the phone number you entered when you registered your camper)

If you are bringing extra kids with you to camp, they need to know their phone number associated with their registration as well.

Once checked-in, two tags will immediately print at the check-in kiosk. One tag goes on your child's shirt, and you (the guardian) keep the second tag to be used for pick-up. This second tag is necessary for picking your child up. It is acceptable to send a picture of this receipt if someone else is picking up your camper.

Classrooms are throughout the building based on age groups. 

Once checked in at the lobby kiosks, check the room location indicated on your child's printed name tag and escort them to that location for drop-off.

Please escort your child in to the building, check-in at one of the lobby check-in kiosks, then escort them to their designated drop-off area.

Your child's drop-off location is printed on your child's printed name tag (also, see table below) Please escort them to that location for drop-off.

Campers will be ready for dismissal at 12:00 p.m. You will need your parent tag that was attached to your camper’s name tag, or a picture of that parent tag.

If you have your parent tag, proceed to your camper’s room and show your tag to your camper’s small group leader for pick up.

If you do NOT have your parent tag, please stop by the lobby Info Desk before you pick up your camper. A leader will take a photocopy of your driver’s license for each camper you are picking up and will write the campers’ names on the copies. These copies will serve as your “parent receipt” to pick up your campers. At that point, you can take those copies with you to show the team leader in your camper’s pick-up room.

*Please note, if you are not checking out with a parent tag/receipt, you must check out with the team leader at your child’s pick-up room door. Small group leaders will not be able to accept anything except for the actual tag. We realize that not having your parent tag for pick up will take extra time and steps to check out your camper. We appreciate your patience!

Each year, Grace Kids Camp partners with another non-profit organization to spread awareness and raise money for their organization. In 2023, we are partnering with City Relief, a mobile outreach offering people experiencing poverty and homelessness hot meals, supplies, and connections to resources for housing, employment, and health care.

Our goal this month is to raise $3,000 to fund one Outreach in New York or New Jersey. We are also collecting new adult-size ankle socks for City Relief to give to people in need. The money will all be totaled together, but we will have a competition between boys and girls to see who can donate the most socks.

 During camp week, campers will learn about this partner organization and how they're actively making an impact on our broken world.

To help support the partner organization, campers are encouraged to bring spare change each day and deposit their gift in the lobby collection bins.

Dress Up Days are fun Grace Kids Camp tradition that encourages campers and volunteers to dress up in silly outfits each day of camp. 

There's really no real reason behind the idea of Dress-Up Days... just something for pure fun!

If you are bringing your camper after 9:05, please bring your camper(s) to the lobby Info Desk at teh bottom of the stairs. Our staff can assist you and your campers with check- in and make sure the camper gets to their group’s location.

If your camper will need medication while at camp, you can drop off the medication at the First Aid Room (which will be marked and is located near the lobby Info Desk) on Monday morning.

We will have a nurse on staff all week to assist with any medical needs or issues that may arise. If in any case we feel necessary, our staff will contact you to further assist with your child’s medical need or to come pick up your child. 

Because camp ends at noon each day, we do not provide lunch to the campers. Each camper will have one snack time while they are at camp.

If your camper cannot eat certain foods, you were able to disclose these circumstances when you registered your camper. If you did not list your camper’s allergies on the registration form, please contact us.

T-shirts are provided for campers entering 1st-5th grade in the fall.

Camper and Volunteer t-shirts that were preordered may be picked up on Monday morning if you do not pick them up during church services Sunday before camp. If necessary, please come early on Monday to pick up your t-shirt, as there will most likely be a long line.

Extra Shirts
If you have a younger camper or want a Volunteer shirt and did not preorder it, you can check the t-shirt station to possibly purchase extras. Please keep in mind, we do not order many extras.
